William May is pleased to announce a 100-per-cent increase in revenue throughout lockdown, releasing information on the key drivers for continued success seen as Q4 approaches.

The company is pleased to experience continued growth, particularly across second-hand jewellery whilst recognising and adapting throughout difficult times for businesses generally. The company as a whole has had to adapt to the difficult, ever-changing ongoing events but have exceeded previous Christmas trading turnover on reduced staff levels.

This is now enabling us to push into the Q4 trading period with a huge number of new customers and confidence to continue to invest heavily in the company's marketing channels, alongside testing new channels earlier than planned.

We've had an aim to continue putting our customers first, by adapting our onsite activity for people looking for new advice to continue purchasing under difficult circumstances. For retailers struggling throughout this period, we advise to not stand still, be proactive and adapt where possible across all activity.

Putting our customers first has been the right thing to do and we are excited to give our predictions for Christmas and 2021. We expect hoop earrings and bold oversized bracelets to be popular at Christmas. As well as this, necklaces, single earrings and ear curation trends will continue.

We believe statement pieces will continue to be popular and we are predicting a rise in vintage inspired jewellery. Delicate and fine silver pieces will continue inline with modern and romantic trends, whilst chunky statement rings & moonstone is predicted to be big for 2021.

We're seeing newfound confidence in people buying jewellery online, this has been the biggest noted change. With all jewellery stores closing down for months, people have had to switch to purchasing online, therefore discovering they can purchase excellent quality products for a fraction of the high street, whilst still receiving top level customer service, all from the comforts of their own home.
