Understanding your order status

If you placed your order when you were logged in to your account, you can see a list of your past orders when you go into your account. Please find an explanation below for the different order statuses you might see.

  • Processing - We have received your order successfully, and your item will be dispatched shortly.
  • Complete - We have received your order successfully, and your item has now been dispatched.
  • Closed - Your order has been refunded in full.
  • Cancelled - Your order was unsuccessful; no funds have been taken and your item is not reserved.
