What is a layaway order?
With our layaway order service, you can conveniently split the cost of an item over three months without incurring any fees, charges, or undergoing credit checks. Enjoy complete flexibility in your payments: as long as you settle the total balance, you're free to make payments at your preferred frequency and choose the amount for each instalment.
How do I start a layaway order?
- To begin, select the item(s) you wish to place on layaway and jot down their SKU(s).
- Then, complete the form below, ensuring your initial deposit is at least 25% of the total order.
- Afterward, we'll provide you with a link for your first payment. Simply add this designated product to your cart (please note that the actual product is not added to your cart at this stage) and proceed to checkout.
- Your chosen product(s) will then be reserved for you to gradually settle the outstanding balance over the following 3 months!
How do I make extra payments towards my order?
To initiate any subsequent payments, simply reach out to us via email or phone, and we'll promptly provide you with a new payment link. Alternatively, you can utilize the form to the left to request an additional payment link.
Our layaway service offers complete flexibility over the next three months. You can opt to make additional payments on a weekly or monthly basis, or contribute occasionally as funds become available.
Please note that each payment will require a new link. Therefore, you'll need to contact us each time to obtain a new link for payment, as reusing the same link is not possible.

What if I forget about my item in layaway?
Rest assured, we'll send you an email reminder when you have two weeks remaining to complete your final payment. This reminder will include details on the item(s) in your order, the amount you've already paid, and the outstanding balance remaining.
When do I get my item?
Your item will be dispatched once the full balance has been settled. Following your final payment, please allow up to 2 working days for processing all individual payments into the order for the item. Subsequently, you'll receive a new order confirmation containing comprehensive details of your purchased item. We'll dispatch your order promptly and provide tracking details as soon as it's been sent out.
