UK Delivery

Standard Delivery (Free on orders over £150, £4.00 on orders under £150)

  • Delivery is within 2-3 working days for orders placed before 1pm
  • Your order will be delivered by DPD or Royal Mail
  • You will be notified when your order is despatched and provided with a tracking code

 


Express Delivery (Free on orders over £250, £3.50 on orders over £150)

  • Please note, not all of our items will be available for next working day delivery, contact us to confirm on 0161 205 3575

  • You will be notified when your order is despatched and provided with a tracking code
  • Orders containing multiple items may not be eligible for next working day delivery 
  • We do not dispatch on weekends

Saturday Delivery (£12) - 

  • Order Before 9am on Friday for delivery on Saturday. Please note that any order placed after 9am may not be eligible for Saturday Delivery.

European Delivery (Free on orders over £250, £12 on orders under £250) - 

  • Delivery is within 5-7 working days
  • Your order will be despatched with Royal Mail
  • You will be notified when your order is despatched and provided with a tracking code
  • Please note there may be import charges added to your parcel upon arrival into your country, we advise contacting your local customs office for an accurate fee that you could be charged.

International Delivery (£18) - 

  • Delivery is within 5-7 working days
  • Your order will be dispatched with Royal Mail
  • You will be notified when your order is despatched and provided with a tracking code
  • Please note there may be import charges added to your parcel upon arrival into your country, we advise contacting your local customs office for an accurate fee that you could be charged.

 

Additional Delivery Information

Due to the nature of the items we sell, all of our items are dispatched via tracked and signed for delivery. We are unable to make exceptions in regards to this delivery, meaning that parcels cannot be posted through letterboxes, left with neighbours, or left in any form of safe place. We are also unable to take requests for parcels to be left in post rooms or lobbies. 

It is important that the address you enter for delivery is secure to deliver to as we cannot be held liable for another individual at your address signing for your delivery, nor can we be held liable in instances where parcels are stolen from apartment post rooms.

If a parcel is lost whilst in transit or has been mis-delivered, you need to make us aware within 7 days of dispatch. If you inform us of the issue outside of this 7 day period we can’t guarantee a claim for lost parcel will be successful which means we won’t be able to refund your order.

 

Exceptions

Ring Sizing

Please be aware that any alterations will add approximately 7-10 working days to your estimated delivery date. If you would like to have one of our rings altered or if you require the ring sooner, please contact our customer service team on 0161 205 3575 or email us at [email protected].

 

Fraud

To protect both the security of our customers and ourselves, we do all we can to prevent fraudulent transactions. We conduct a series of checks on every transaction as standard, and if any issues arise we will contact the cardholder as quickly as we can. Please be aware that if an order is flagged as suspicious it will be placed on a temporary hold, and whilst we will do everything we can to meet the promised delivery date there may be a delay with your order.

 To avoid these delays please ensure the billing address entered at checkout matches the card used, as any incorrect information will be queried.

 

Bank Holidays

Orders are not processed on Bank Holidays so please allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around Bank Holidays
